Terms and Conditions
The Customer accepts to use the services of  ‘Elisa Garage’ on the following Terms and Conditions:
Our ‘Customer ‘ is any person, company, entity or other business who places the booking with us.
The Customer may book a taxi or minibus service on telephone number +356 99869625/99449821 or thru’ our website.
‘Elisa Garage’ shall confirm booking by telephone or via e-mail
A taxi booking must not exceed four persons. A baby or a child takes the place of one customer. We provide a baby seat when you include a note with your booking.
The transportation of a wheelchair, pram, pushchair etc should be advised to ‘Elisa Garage’ at time of booking.
Timings/damage and loss
When booking with us the customer must allow sufficient time to ensure punctual arrival, taking into account any delay resulting from traffic conditions.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the pick-up and drop-off points are in accordance to the original booking.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused as a result of passengers not having been ready for collection at the booked time or from failure of Customer to provide with correct information.
We stress the point that we are not held responsible for any loss or damage to the Customer arising from late pick-up or drop-off.

In case of accidents, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of any of the belonging/s of our customer.


In our website, prices of airport transfers are at hand. Simply press the link ‘Malta Airport Transfers’ If you require a different service you may call us or send us an e-mail.
The Customer may pay for the booked service via telephone or web site. Cash is also accepted. In all cases a receipt will be provided.
Customer acknowledges that on-line payments carry a limited fraud risk, and ‘Elisa Garage’ will not be held responsible for any misuse of the Customer’s Credit / Debit card details or account.
‘Elisa Garage’ declares that it uses a secure connection to a payment gateway for its online payments, and that at no time is any information relating to the Customer’s Credit / Debit Card or any secure information kept on Elisa Garage servers or other equipment.
When using the on-line payment facility via the Company’s web site, the Customer will be given a confirmation of payment.
The Customer shall be responsible for the behaviour of all passengers in the car for the duration of the journey.
Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the vehicle are not permitted.
‘Elisa Garage’ does not accept any drunken person on board.


Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 hours before the booked pick-up time. Once payment is made a refund will be given provided that cancellation is effected within the prescribed time
